Here they will get important information about the forthcoming regatta from Bergen to Den Helder(NL). | | | One of the most important information given at CAPTAINS BRIEFING is the weather forecast. The weather forecast gives the directions for various tactic courses for the regatta, with the main goal to be the first ship crossing the winning line. Storm Weather Center offers this weather service to The Tall Ships' Races 2008 Bergen, and we are very grateful for this.

Storm Weather Centre will present the weather during the regatta from Bergen to Den Helder (NL), and will be doing this through a web portal free of charge for all the participating ships. The portal will include maps with the most important parametres and also a service where the captains can choose which position they want the forecast from. The forecasts will be available in both table and plot formats. Point forecasts will also acquirable through an alternative service for boats with poorer internet connections.
